Job Description
The Senior Learning & Development Specialist will work with the Learning & Development Manager, CHRO, and stakeholders to identify training needs and design/deliver training programs. This role involves program management, needs assessments, evaluation, and collaboration with senior leadership to improve organizational growth and employee development.
Requirements
- Manage the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs.
- Conduct needs assessments to support program design.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Identify critical issues through data analysis.
- Manage all training within the LMS system.
- Oversee data collection from third-party vendors.
