Job Description
Our client, a highly respected law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Structured Finance Group. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions in a collaborative, high-caliber environment.
Requirements
- Advise clients on structured finance, securitization, lending, and related finance transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, offering memoranda, indentures, pooling and servicing agreements, and related financing documents.
- Guide deal structuring, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to ensure smooth deal execution across multiple transactions.
- Manage aspects of transactions from inception through closing.
- Research and analyze laws, regulations, and market developments impacting structured finance transactions.
