Job Description
Our client, a highly regarded law firm, is seeking a senior attorney to advise corporate clients and private equity funds on complex transactions and general corporate matters.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in [Insert Jurisdiction(s)].
- Class year 2015+ or already at Of Counsel level.
- Significant experience leading M&A transactions and drafting transaction documents.
- Solid understanding of corporate law, market terms, and deal structuring.
- Proven ability to manage transactions independently and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to client service.
