Job Description
Join our innovative drug discovery team as a Senior Research Associate II, applying expertise in organic and medicinal chemistry to synthesize, purify, and characterize novel molecules. Work hands-on with cutting-edge techniques and collaborate across functions to advance research programs.
Requirements
- B.S./M.S. in Chemistry with at least 4 years of relevant experience in synthetic organic or medicinal chemistry
- Demonstrated experience in organic synthesis, chromatographic purification, and compound characterization using modern analytical techniques
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach and commitment to collaboration
- Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
