Scientist I, Medicinal Chemistry

We’re looking for a passionate scientist with experience in synthetic organic chemistry to join our collaborative drug discovery team. In this lab-based role, you’ll design and synthesize novel molecules that could transform patient care.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry or related discipline, or M.S. with 5+ years industry experience, or B.S. with 10+ years industry experience
• Proven expertise in chemical synthesis (publications or industry achievements)
• Strong collaboration skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Familiarity with medicinal chemistry concepts and ability to learn quickly
• Enthusiasm for applying chemistry to solve complex challenges at the intersection of genetics, functional genomics, and biology
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
