Job Description
maxRTE is a rapidly growing healthcare revenue cycle management software company focused on connecting patients with life-saving treatment and improving healthcare access for the underserved. They are seeking a Client Success Manager to partner with healthcare organizations, retain and grow their client base, and ensure a positive experience for teams, focusing on retention, revenue growth, and client delight. This role involves collaborating with operations and engineering teams to onboard new clients and continuously improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, or a similar role
- Experience navigating complex healthcare environments (Epic, EHRs)
- Fast learner with strong communication skills
- Data-driven with experience using insights to create success strategies
- Familiarity with technical integrations and client-facing documentation
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
