Job Description
EHE Health is a leading preventive healthcare provider seeking a Client Success Manager to drive client engagement, support their health management goals, and maximize account profitability. This role focuses on account ownership, implementing program initiatives, and identifying opportunities for wellbeing within the client's environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about wellbeing, client engagement, data analysis, and a solution-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional certification like CHES preferred
- Passion for health and wellbeing
