Requirements
- B2B Results-Driven Sales Expertise: 5+ years in B2B outside sales, business development, or new account acquisition preferably in property management, mechanical, or building-materials sectors.
- Hunter Mentality & Results-Driven Approach: Highly motivated, resilient, and persistent; thriving on cold outreach and building a pipeline from scratch.
- Highly Developed Sales Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and proposal-writing abilities. Strong follow-through, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
