Job Description
A-Gas is seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead their refrigerant sales portfolio across Canada. This role is a multi-site position, focused on revenue growth, customer retention, and expanding market share by championing A-Gas’s refrigerant solutions and service offerings. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven executive with expertise in the HVAC/R industry, strong communication skills, and a commitment to sustainability.
Requirements
- Own and grow the Canadian sales portfolio for refrigerant products and services.
- Champion A-Gas’s service offerings, including job site recovery and cylinder exchange.
- Lead business development efforts, targeting high-potential markets.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers.
- Partner with Marketing to execute commercial strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for operational excellence.
