Job Description
We are looking for a project manager to work on high-end residential projects without long commutes or bureaucratic meetings. Responsibilities include coordinating and organizing daily project execution, monitoring quality, planning, costs, and safety, and supervising subcontractors and internal craftsmen. We offer a salary between €4,000 and €6,000 gross per month, 43 free days per year, a pension scheme, and opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- MBO 4 degree in construction
- 3-5 years of experience as a project manager in new construction
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience with VCA and ISO guidelines
