Job Description
As a project manager at Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Rotterdam, you will work on leading construction projects that shape the future of urban living. You are responsible for the projects from SO, VO and DO to the submission of the environmental permit. You ensure a flawless preparation and are the hub in the process to realize innovative and achievable solutions.
Requirements
- HBO or WO education in Building Engineering, supplemented by up-to-date knowledge in project management
- Experience as a building project manager in new construction, preferably in apartment construction and complex projects
- Ability to manage and optimize multiple projects simultaneously
- Affinity with sustainability, digital, and innovative building
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with clients, architects, and consultants
