Job Description
As a Job Coach-National Support Hub at AKG, you will work as part of a team ensuring efficient and effective delivery of assistance and advice to customers who are fully eligible for Employment Services support via phone servicing.
Requirements
- Have a genuine interest in people and be able to listen actively and provide advice
- Use your ability to talk to a range of people to build trust and rapport with our customers
- A team player who has initiative and is committed to achieving results
- Strong administration skills
- Hold a current Working with Children check or willingness to obtain one
