(Senior) Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) - Social Media

Mawave Marketing is a leading Social-Media-Outcomes-Agency in the DACH region, combining media buying, content creation & production, and creator marketing. They are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager - Social Media to independently develop and implement innovative performance marketing strategies for leading consumer brands, manage substantial advertising budgets, and optimize campaigns for scaling. The role requires strong data analysis skills and experience in leading and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on social media, preferably in an agency environment.
• Expert knowledge in campaign launch and optimization on Meta; knowledge in TikTok is desirable and LinkedIn or Pinterest is an advantage.
• Experience in managing monthly budgets of at least 6 digits and have already scaled effectively within this framework.
• Strong self-organization and initiative as well as the ability to independently manage complex projects and deliver results.
• Experience in the professional leadership and mentoring of team members.
• Deep understanding and practice in the field of measurement and tracking, ideally with experience in attribution modeling.
• Fluent German (C2) and English (C1)
