Job Description
Synthesia is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to focus on paid social channels, particularly Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The role involves managing daily performance of paid social channels, experimenting with new approaches, and optimizing conversion rates. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social channels like Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Proven track record of managing 6-figure monthly ad budgets and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Deep expertise in data analytics, measurement, and attribution (CAPI, API integrations, automation, and experimentation frameworks).
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation and no-code solutions to automate manual and repetitive work.
- Strong balance of analytical and creative skills: adept at data-driven decision-making while excelling in ad copywriting and creative feedback.
- Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of UX/UI across both mobile and desktop.
- Channel knowledge beyond paid social (Reddit, YouTube, and Paid Search) and an awareness of how they fit together in the funnel.
