Job Description
Coordinates and assists in assigned facilities projects, including inventory monitoring, janitorial, maintenance, building and plant management.
Requirements
- Five years of related demonstrated experience in a health care setting.
- Background in property development, facilities operations, plant & facilities maintenance, housekeeping/janitorial.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer efficiency(Microsoft, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of driving experience with a good driving record
