Master's in MSN + Psychiatry. Current MA license. Knowledge of prescribing, DSM V classification, and Spanish/Haitian Creole fluency (Holiwy and/or proficiency)
Medical Assistant
Medical Assistant certificate & CPR. 1+ year clinical experience preferred. Bilingual skills (Haitian Creole/Spanish) are a plus
Registered Nurse
RN/LPN graduate req. 6+ yrs RN experience. Current CPH & AMBULATORY care certificate & CPR certification
Dental Assistant
Dental Assistant Certification & HS Diploma required. Must maintain dental records and understand instructions. Ability to work well with diverse individuals
Family Medicine Physician
Doctorate in Medicine & Board Certification or Eligible. Active Medical License & DEA. Basic Life Support certification
Medical Care Coordinator
Medical Assistant certification & CPR. 1-2 yrs social services exp. Proficient in Excel & HIPAA. Bilingual (Haitian-Creole/Spanish) needed
Facility Coordinator
5+ years of experience in facilities operations, strong communication skills, and computer efficiency
