Job Description
Mattamy Homes is seeking a Land Development Manager to join their team in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves planning and engineering projects, managing team members, and overseeing land development and construction for civil, landscaping, and utilities projects. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Housing and Urban Development, Construction Management or related field
- Prior work experience in similar role specifically involving project management
- Prior supervisory experience
- Excellent project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and team directing
