Job Description
M/I Homes is seeking a Land Development Manager to assist with due diligence, civil/grade plan review, value engineering, and budgeting for residential projects. This role involves full responsibility for phased project scheduling, construction, and bid/contracting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related curriculum preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in land development or equivalent experience required.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong budget-management skills.
