Job Description
Mattamy Homes is seeking an Area Sales Manager for their Dallas, Texas team, serving the Farmers Branch area (DFW). The role involves visiting competitor communities, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and managing a sales team. Mattamy Homes is a leading provider of homeownership, offering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 5 years new home sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years Management experience
- Active state Real Estate License
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM and other systems
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Excellent Communication skills
