Consumer Loan Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Consumer Loan Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong interest in the consumer finance industry, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include handling inbound customer support calls, managing outbound sales and collection calls, and consistently achieving monthly sales goals.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a sales position
• High school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use various technologies and learn new programs
• Complete functions in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy
• Must be able to obtain any essential licenses required by the state
