Job Description
Mariner Finance is seeking a Consumer Loan Specialist to handle inbound customer support calls, manage outbound sales and collection calls, and complete full-cycle credit loan application process. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a sales position, a high school diploma, and a bachelor's degree. They will also be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, and be able to use various technologies.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a sales position
- High school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
- Highly motivated individual with an interest in the consumer finance industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use various technologies and learn new programs
- Complete functions in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy
- Must be able to obtain any essential licenses required by the state
