Job Description
Marcus & Millichap, Inc. is looking for a Principal Product Manager to join their Information Technology team in a newly created leadership role. The role involves taking full ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products and working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to define strategy and deliver innovative, user-centric software solutions.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in product management
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or technology
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Demonstrated success implementing product-led growth strategies with measurable improvements to key metrics
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a proven ability to lead through complexity and prioritize effectively in high-pressure environments
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence
- Technical background or experience working closely with software engineers
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
