Principal Product Manager

Marcus & Millichap is looking for a Principal Product Manager to join their Information Technology team. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to define strategy and deliver innovative software solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or technology.
• 10-15 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading successful product teams and delivering impactful products.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Demonstrated success implementing product-led growth strategies with measurable improvements to key metrics.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with a talent for uniting teams and reconciling varied business interests.
• Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a proven ability to lead through complexity and prioritize effectively in high-pressure environments.
