Provider Growth Lead

Marble is hiring a Provider Growth Lead to build and scale the provider acquisition engine as they expand into new states. The role involves owning growth challenges, building systems, and driving supply growth.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in growth, strategy & operations, or business operations at a startup or fast-growing company
• Demonstrated ability to own 0→1 workstreams end-to-end in ambiguous environments
• Based in New York and able to work from our SoHo office at least two days a week
