Job Description
Marble is building the new operating system for youth mental health to massively increase access to timely, preventative care for all kids, before things get worse. We're looking for a Growth Lead to help us bring Marble to more schools and districts across the country.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales or partnerships experience in a startup or high growth environment
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and landing new logos
- Startup-minded — scrappy, creative, and able to thrive with ambiguity
- Exceptional communicator who builds trust quickly and closes with confidence
- Mission-driven and energized by improving youth mental health
