Payroll and HR Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll and HR Specialist to manage accurate payroll processing, maintain HR systems, and support key HR processes. The role involves close collaboration with employees, managers, and external partners to ensure compliant HR and payroll operations.

Requirements

• Prepare and process payroll data in Estonia, Germany, and other applicable countries.
• Update and maintain employee and payroll-related systems and databases.
• Support in implementing and developing HR processes.
• Process new joiners, leavers, and contract changes.
• Coordinate employee benefits (healthcare, pension, allowances, etc.).
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Participate in HR-related projects.
• Fluent in Estonian and English
