Payroll & HR Specialist

Smappee is seeking a Payroll & HR Specialist to ensure accurate payroll processing, coordinate international payroll, and manage HR operations, including benefits administration and fleet management. The role focuses on compliance with Belgian legislation and providing a seamless employee experience. This is a broad role within a dynamic team.

Requirements

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll for Belgian employees.
• Coordinate international payroll processes.
• Act as the primary contact for hard HR-related questions from employees and external stakeholders.
• Administer employee benefits and manage partnerships.
• Manage and further develop the HR platform Officient.
• Act as Fleet Manager, coordinating with partners and contributing to defining the company car offer.
• Support training administration and manage processes linked to training provision.
