Maple Counseling Center is a nonprofit organization offering high-quality, low-cost mental health counseling services to all ages in Los Angeles County. They provide over 800 hours of weekly counseling sessions, including individual, couples, group, and family therapy, as well as specialized programs in local schools. Additionally, Maple Counseling serves as a nationally recognized training center for graduate students in psychology, social work, and marriage and family therapy.

Volunteer Clinical Supervisor (Adult, Adolescent, and Child/Family Therapy Programs)
Licensed for two years, practiced psychotherapy for at least two of the past five years, and meet continuing education requirements in clinical supervision
Volunteer: Community Circle Program (Youth Social Emotional Learning)
Background check, TB test, and Live Scan required; application to LAUSD Volunteer program required for LAUSD schools
Volunteer January 2026: Adult Therapy Program Clinical Trainee
Must be enrolled in an accredited graduate program and eligible for practicum. Requires 10 clinical hours weekly and a minimum of two hours of group/triadic supervision
Therapist (PCRC)
Master's degree in mental health field & active CA license req. 1+ yr exp. in comm mental health preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills needed
Volunteer: Continued Traineeship January 2026
Commit to a second year of the Adult Program. Partial year commitment possible to end of August. Applications will open in January for Child & Family and Adolescent Programs
