We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist with a strong strategic vision, capable of promoting initiatives that integrate talent, knowledge and new technologies, especially in the fields of DATA and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, be result-oriented and willing to promote knowledge and adoption of AI.

Requirements

• Design, implement and monitor strategic talent management initiatives, with a focus on Data and Artificial Intelligence areas.
• Promote the company's knowledge management model, encouraging collaboration, continuous updating and the identification of internal experts.
• Participate in the development, maintenance and evolution of MAPFRE's skills-based management model, ensuring its alignment with the current and future needs of the business.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote the adoption and understanding of AI throughout the organization, designing educational, informative and supportive initiatives.
• Analyze trends, data and metrics to support decision-making in talent, training and role evolution.
• Be an internal reference in modern learning methodologies, reskilling/upskilling and competency models.
