Join Manpower as a Search Consultant and develop consistent full desk performance in sales and perm placement. Develop and maintain client relationships, source and screen candidates, and place permanent hires. Drive entire sales and recruitment cycle, attract new business, and build a strong pipeline of in-demand talent.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience or sales experience in industry
- Prior experience or exposure to leading Direct Hire searches
- History of success in a role with specific KPI and financial deliverables
- Client facing experience or prior sales experience
- Interest in expanding existing client relationships
