The Search Consultant is responsible for developing and maintaining consistent full desk performance in both sales and perm placement. The Search Consultant is responsible for sourcing, screening, placing and influencing the direct hire process of clients, prospects, and candidates within skilled technical, business professional and finance.

Requirements

• Industry: 2+ year of recruiting experience or sales experience in industry
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Vertical: Knowledge and expertise in skilled technical, manufacturing, engineering, business professional, finance industries
• Experience in business development and strong sales background
