F&B Manager

ManpowerGroup Greece is seeking a passionate and reliable F&B Manager to oversee food and beverage operations, staff, service, quality, budgeting, and supplier relationships. The role involves training staff, implementing policies, and ensuring guest experience, and requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in restaurant or F&B management
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and restaurant management software (POS systems, reservation platforms, etc.)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, budgeting, and cost control
