Regional Field Staff

Manhattan Strategy Group is seeking Regional Field Staff for their New York State CTE Program Operations team. The role involves providing technical assistance to school districts, BOCES, and postsecondary institutions, supporting CTE program approval/reapproval, and facilitating collaboration with industry partners. MSG specializes in innovative solutions within program management, training, and research.

Requirements

• Deliver regional and on-site technical assistance to secondary and postsecondary CTE providers.
• Support program approval/reapproval, Perkins V compliance, and local Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment (CLNA) implementation.
• Provide professional development to CTE educators on data use, access, and instructional improvement.
• Facilitate regional collaboration between education and industry partners.
• Maintain accurate records of technical assistance contacts and evaluation data.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with NYS CTE TAC staff and partners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in project documentation and reporting.
