Job Description
Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) is seeking skilled independent consultants to act as Peer Review Program Consultant for competitive discretionary grant programs for the U.S. Department of Education.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Experience with federal or state grant programs
- Ability to evaluate proposals objectively against structured criteria
- Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms and online review systems
- Ability to dedicate focused time during scheduled review windows
- Minimum 1 year of experience with federal programs
- Strong understanding of federal grants lifecycle and discretionary grant processes
- Experience working with and managing complex and high-paced efforts
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
