Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced, HVAC-certified Maintenance Technician for the Audubon Downs apartments in Memphis, Tennessee. Responsibilities include groundskeeping, HVAC and appliance installation and repair, plumbing and electrical repair, lock installation and repair, preventive maintenance, make-ready, and documentation of work performed.

Requirements

• HVAC certification (Universal preferred)
• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
• Physical ability to perform assigned tasks
• General knowledge of applicable building codes / laws
• Ability to complete required documentation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable vehicle suitable for maintenance work
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance
• Ability to pass credit, background, and drug screenings
