Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced, HVAC-certified Maintenance Technician for the Champion Hills at Windyke apartments in Memphis, Tennessee. Responsibilities include HVAC and appliance installation and repair, plumbing and electrical repair, and preventive maintenance.

Requirements

• HVAC certification (Universal preferred)
• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
• Physical ability to perform assigned tasks
• General knowledge of applicable building codes / laws
• Ability to complete required documentation
