Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen or equivalent setting
- Experience with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Servsafe certification, or ability to gain/renew the certificate
- Ability to work cleanly, effectively, and efficiently while under pressure
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and culinary techniques
