The Critical Cleaning Lead guides a team of Sanitation Technicians to achieve departmental goals and support all sanitation functions. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and a food-safe environment in the processing facility and equipment.
Requirements
- Manage the daily activities of a team of Sanitation Technicians
- Manage technician work schedules and assign work to employees as needed
- Ensure that all equipment is properly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected for cleanliness
- Ensure adherence to all safety and sanitation standards and regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Train and cross-train employees to comply with Standard Operating Procedures and to use chemicals correctly and safely
