Job Description
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at LSS, you will provide guidance and encouragement to individuals with disabilities, build purposeful relationships, and advocate for their needs. You will also maintain documentation, perform record keeping, and participate in periodic meetings/training. - Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and write in English
- A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check
