Job Description
Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is a dynamic social service organization serving children, youth and families, people with disabilities, older adults, and military veterans. As a Designated Coordinator, you will oversee the program management for homes supporting individuals with disabilities and supervise Direct Support Professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Services
- One year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older
- Driver's license required
- CPR certificate, First Aid (when required), and medication administration training required
- Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BCA) clearance required
- Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record required
