Job Description
As a Designated Coordinator, you will oversee the program management for homes supporting individuals with disabilities, and be responsible for supervising, training, and evaluating Direct Support Professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Services
- 1 year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older
- Valid driver's license
- CPR certificate, First Aid, and medication administration training
- Training in supervisory skills, team building, and leadership
- Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BCA) clearance
- Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record
