Case Manager

As a Housing Case Manager, you will provide case management services and housing intervention to families and individuals experiencing homelessness. You will work with families and individuals to improve the quality of individual lives, strengthen family functioning, and educate for more effective community living.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent experience in Human Services field
• Valid driver's license
• At least two years of experience in providing direct or indirect social services
• Knowledge of counseling theory and techniques - chemical dependency treatment and physical or sexual abuse treatment
• Knowledge of Harm Reduction and Housing First Model
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, positively, and professionally with participants, providers, family members, and others
