LSF is seeking a Provider Relations Manager who wants to make an impact in the lives of others. The role is to provide direct oversight of the ongoing compliance of assigned subcontracted network service providers and develop a system of care that is designed to expand, improve and monitor services for substance abuse and mental health clients.
Requirements
- Ensures compliance with the contract and State and Federal requirements
- Develops contracts, Amendments and Memoranda of Understanding with network service provider agencies
- Manages ongoing compliance with contracts
- Processes monthly invoices
- Develops and revises budgeted and allocated Departmental funds
- Serves as a liaison between network service providers and LSF departments
- Identifies gaps in services and funding
- Provides technical support to network service providers
- Issues Corrective Action Plan to network service providers
- Administers pertinent federal and state rules and regulations
- Develops Network Policies and principles
- Collaborates with interdepartmental teams
- Fulfills performance objectives set by the Executive and Management Teams
- Assists with competitive bidding and selection processes
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships
- Participates in statewide conferences and meetings
