Case Manager (1018)

Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is looking for a talented Early Childhood Service Coordinator (Case Manager) who wants to make an impact in the lives of others. The role involves providing case management services for families with children ages birth to 6, coordinating services and supports, and building strong parent-child relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education or related field
• Experience in primary responsibility to provide case management for at least 30 open cases at any given time with families who children ages birth to 6
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
