- Proven track record of successfully hiring across both core corporate functions and specialised technical roles
- Strong understanding of a wide range of talent pools and sourcing strategies specific to the fintech industry
- Natural collaborator, adept at partnering with stakeholders and providing clear, data-driven market insights
