Platform Liquidity Lead

As the Platform Liquidity Lead, you will be the senior subject matter expert in fiat and crypto exchange liquidity, providing strategic oversight across Treasury, Exchange, OTC and Liquidity services. Your core mission is to connect how these critical functions fit together, driving efficiency, unlocking new products, ensuring stability and scale globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in a quantitative trading firm, prime brokerage, or exchange, with direct experience in liquidity management, smart order routing, or market making.
• Deep, technical understanding of market microstructure across both traditional and crypto markets.
• Proven experience managing relationships with institutional liquidity providers.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis.
• A strategic thinker who can connect high-level business goals to detailed operational and technical requirements.
