Job Description
Conquering cancer through AI. Lunit, a medical AI software company, is seeking a Product Design Team Lead to guide the end-to-end design strategy across its portfolio of AI-powered and data-driven software solutions for Lunit cancer screening group.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product/UX design, with 3+ years in a design leadership role.
- Deep expertise in designing clinical or enterprise healthcare software, ideally in diagnostic imaging, digital health, or health IT.
- Familiarity with regulated product design, including usability validation and medical device development lifecycles.
- Experience leading multi-product design teams across both AI-powered tools, SaaS platforms, healthcare informatics solutions, and workflow-centric applications.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements.
- Professional fluency in English, including the ability to communicate clearly across global teams and participate in cross-regional collaboration.
