Product Designer

As a Product Designer at Medfin, you'll be working closely with our CTO to design our platform for ease of use, focusing on user experience, user flow, proactive AI-generated insights, and reactive design.

Requirements

• Experienced with 3+ years designing end-to-end product experiences for complex, data-heavy SaaS, especially for non-data savvy users.
• Exceptional at UX, with the ability to simplify complex data dashboards into clean, elegant insights.
• Strong on flows and information architecture, with the ability to map journeys from high-level dashboards into drill-down views that feel seamless and fast.
• Comfortable with AI-era design, with the ability to design for proactive and reactive states, craft prompting and empty states, and make insights feel trustworthy.
• Evidence-led, with the ability to run scrappy research, usability tests, and iterate based on signal.
• Hands-on with the craft, with the ability to produce clear wireframes, beautiful UI, and production-ready design specs with components, tokens, and accessibility in mind.
• Systems thinker, with the ability to build and maintain a coherent design system that scales across user types and device sizes.
• Collaborative, with the ability to work closely with engineers, product, and commercial teams, listen well, explain trade-offs, and get to decisions quickly.
• Product-minded, with the ability to ask why, not just what, and tie design choices to business goals and user outcomes.
• Self-directed, with the ability to own a problem space, ship iteratively, and raise flags early without needing heavy oversight.
