We are looking for an HR Coordinator to support the efficient and effective delivery of HR operations service across the EMEA region. The role involves transactional activities across the employee lifecycle, including producing employment offers, onboarding new hires, processing leavers, and responding to employee queries.
Requirements
- Recent and relevant related work experience
- Knowledge of HR lifecycle procedures and policies
- Ability to effectively provide information and first-level guidance to HR customers on a day-to-day basis
- Customer-centric mindset & accountability
- Good knowledge of Polish employment law as it relates to the role of HR Coordinator
- Communication & stakeholder management
- Strong ability in spoken and written English
- Able to manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and manage expectations in a positive manner
- Excellent attention to detail & process discipline
- Tech & systems proficiency (especially MS Office package)
