Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in an HR or administrative role, ideally within a corporate setting
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the relevant jurisdiction
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
